Wow! I miss you already!
Thursday, March 17 Yo! Writing to check in on you. See how you have colored your days, are you staying in the lines or creating your own picture and paths?!
I am using this time to do many things. Most notably I set an intention every night for one thing I will do the next day. It can be anything really, call a friend, clean my desk,
go outside, rake a flower bed, take the dog for a walk.
I also do some form of exercise everyday, sometimes I am on the treadmill, other days I am having an adventure with different pilates or yoga sessions on youtube. I also am eating better to stay healthy, just in case.
My favorite thing is keeping a "Living Journal". The way I see it, WE are living history. I want to capture my thoughts, activities, the news in my voice. I really love this. You can start a Living Journal too. Personalize it to reflect the coolness of you and rip into it.

I may try my hand at google classroom or screencast. Who knows....I am so excited to be in this moment!!

So this will be an interesting time that we will share together - apart!
A few things I ask that you keep in mind: I am re-learning how to use this weebly page, please be patient with me. :)

Also, I am concerned about the mental health needs of you and your tribe. You can access help at myeagles.org.
I would love to hear how you are buiding movement and fitness work into your daily schedule. Email and let me know. Exercise is a mood booster/depression killer as well as great for hearts and lungs and strength and flexibiity and sleep. Be your best self and get at it!
I love the idea of your family joining us on this digital journey. Maybe take a pic of the fam working out together and upload to my email. Let's have some fun with this.
Ideas are endless for outside and inside fitness activities. Explore new activities (youtube pilates, crossfit, boxing...) or rely on the tried and true that you love most (walking, jogging, hiking, biking, dancing and basic exercises). Use your prior knowledge or step out into the world of youtube to find what appeals to you. Whatever you choose - own it BIG! Find ways to inpire your friends to follow your exercising lead.
